Pain and decisions

I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life yesterday. I called 911 for Brian. I knew what it would mean. This trip to the hospital was going to mark the end of his journey in life. He is very angry I did it, but he was in such pain there was no option. I hope he will understand.

I need to remember to take care of myself in the process of doing this. Maybe I should ask for some help...now wouldn't that be a novel idea!
